- Confidentiality : This is extremely important to clients and candidates alike, particularly at executive level. We ensure that every aspect of an executive search process is treated confidentially.
- Initial Briefing : One of our management team would get in touch to discuss the position with you and to make sure we have a full understanding of the role.
- Sourcing : After the initial consult, one of our highly experienced Partners would begin the search. We would then research and identify a number of individuals who could fit the role. More often than not, we would be aware of a number of executive level candidates that have already indicated to ICP that they are open to discuss the right role once available, thereby giving a fast turnaround time. After an extensive search, we would provide you with a brief shortlist that would include our candidate summary report and references.
- Executive Candidates : The majority of our executive level candidates are high caliber individuals based in the Gulf region. We can provide candidates from any nationality or background – European / Western, Asian, Arabic etc. Each executive search is different and completely tailored to the needs of your business.
- Interview Process / Onboarding : We coordinate the interview process from start to finish & maintain constant contact to monitor interest level & any issues that may arise. Our experienced team would negotiate with the candidate at offer stage to ensure that a fair salary for all parties can be agreed. Once an offer is accepted, we support the candidate through the resignation period and ensure everything runs smoothly up to joining date.
